两种可能

1:如果是在浏览器打开这个软件，那么就是浏览器不支持图片验证然后就会看不到图片，你要图片验证后才能收到验证码。建议你用BL这个浏览器不错。

2:就是你的翻墙软件延迟高就是速度不行，建议你换成香港或者美国以及日本这三个的节点。
