求个片子，看过有好几年了，只后悔当初自己太幼稚没有保存下来，是个日本的，剧情大概是有两个人，应该是老大带着小弟来看房子，然后买房子的小哥给介绍，然后好像是咋了老大就暗示小弟一起把这个小哥给上了，小哥被上的时候他同事还在外面偷看还打飞机，在有印象的就是这个小哥去洗澡，然后这个偷看的同事就进去了，还给小哥舔脚啥的在就记不起来了，依稀记得片名有几个中文字，是什么售楼部啥的，不知道有没有人看过，找了好几年都没找到，求大神们帮帮忙
